April Son
is one of Manila's seasoned commercial photographers. Advertising,
food and fashion is her specialty.
April's passion for photography started at a tender age of 6
when her dad gifted her with a Rollei, an old German camera.
That second-hand camera probably had magic, because right away,
it clicked with April's true first love: photography.
The passion for taking pictures took April Son to Langara Campus
College in Vancouver, Canada where she took her formal photography
studies. She spent the next years honing her photographic skills.
April opened her studio in 1993. In 2004, she started to work
freelance specializing in Advertising Photography. She is now
based in Vancouver, Canada.
